SHARING RESUMES WITH RECRUITERS (HAITALENT)

With your consent, your resume and profile information may be made discoverable to verified recruiters on HaiTalent, our affiliated recruitment platform. Recruiters may view your information only within HaiTalent for legitimate hiring purposes. Your data will not be sold or shared outside the HaiTalent system.

  • Visibility controls: You can choose Entire Resume Visible (default) or Skills & Experience Only (skills, years of experience, location, and summary without your name or contact details). You can change this at any time; changes apply prospectively. Recruiters who have already accessed your information may retain cached copies as part of lawful processing.

  • Independent controllers: When recruiters access your resume in HaiTalent, they act as independent data controllers responsible for their own lawful processing of candidate data under applicable laws.

  • Access logging: KudosWall/HaiTalent logs recruiter access for transparency and security.

RESUME SHARING & DOWNLOADS AFTER YOU GIVE CONSENT

When you affirmatively consent to share your resume for a particular job opportunity or recruitment process (for example, by responding to an invitation or otherwise agreeing to share your resume), we provide that resume file to the relevant recruiter through HaiTalent for that defined purpose only. HaiTalent logs this consent and limits the recruiter’s use of your data to that specific process.

If you later withdraw consent or delete your account without an ongoing direct working relationship, we will notify the recruiter and request that any previously downloaded copy be deleted. We do not sell or otherwise distribute these resumes to third parties outside HaiTalent.

Direct working relationships: If you choose to continue working directly with a recruiter or organization after establishing contact through HaiTalent, that relationship may continue outside our platform at your discretion. In such cases, subsequent exchanges of data are managed between you and the recruiter directly, subject to applicable laws and the recruiter’s privacy practices.

HOW IS INFORMATION SECURED?

  • We take the confidentiality and integrity of your information seriously and employ industry-standard safeguards—including encryption, secure data storage, access controls, and regular audits—to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

  • Once we receive your data, we make commercially reasonable efforts to secure our systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a data breach that may affect you, we will attempt to notify you electronically and provide guidance on protective steps.

  • We may preserve or disclose personal information when necessary to comply with legal or enforcement requests, protect the rights and safety of others, or resolve technical or operational issues.

DATA RETENTION
