We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these requirements.
Note: Accounts are intended for individual use only. Use of the platform to create resumes on behalf of others, unless explicitly permitted under an enterprise or agency plan, is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination or legal action.
You are solely responsible for all the content you create using our Services. We may review content to determine if it violates our policies and may remove content if it does. However, this does not mean we review all content, so do not assume that we do.
KudosWall reserves the right to charge payment or subscription fees for any of our Services. Prices may change at any time, with thirty (30) days prior notice provided by email or posted on the website. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new charges. Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to some features of your account. KudosWall is not liable for such loss.
By purchasing the Resume Writing Service, you permit us to access your personal details and documents to provide the service. The service is delivered via internet call or email, not in person. Once scheduled, the appointment is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the service at any time due to inappropriate behavior without a refund.
All plans, including monthly, weekly, yearly, and one-time payments, are non-refundable. Once a plan or service has been activated, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage. This policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotion or agreement.
Any trial or promotional pricing must be used within the specified time. We may limit you to one trial period or a single promotional code and prohibit combining trials, promotional codes, and other offers. Credit accumulated through inviting friends cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash and must be used by the specified date.
By accepting an invitation from your educational institution to use our service, you agree to provide access to your resumes and usage information to the institution's staff. This information will be used for internal reporting, evaluation, and to assist you in your career advancement. You can revoke this access at any time by deleting your account.
KudosWall may, with your consent, make your resume discoverable to verified recruiters using our HaiTalent platform. This feature helps you receive relevant job opportunities and gain visibility with employers.
By default, resume visibility is set to “Entire Resume Visible.” You may change this any time from your dashboard to limit visibility to skills, experience, and location only.
Recruiters may view your information solely within HaiTalent for legitimate hiring purposes. Resumes cannot be downloaded, though limited data may appear in exported shortlists. Recruiter access is logged for transparency.
If you prefer not to be visible, disable resume visibility or delete your account. Changes apply prospectively; recruiters who already accessed your data may retain cached copies as part of lawful processing.
Recruiters act as independent data controllers and are responsible for lawful use of candidate data within HaiTalent. KudosWall does not sell individual resumes. These features are provided as optional enhancements to help users connect with verified employers and recruiters.
Recruiters on HaiTalent may download your resume only after you have affirmatively consented to share it for a specific job opportunity or recruitment process. By providing such consent through any action on KudosWall or HaiTalent — for example, responding to an invitation or otherwise agreeing to share your resume — you authorize KudosWall to make your resume file available to that recruiter for that defined purpose. Downloaded copies must be used solely for legitimate recruitment activities related to that opportunity and may not be reused, resold, or redistributed. KudosWall records the recruiter identity, job or opportunity reference, and timestamp for each download. If you establish a direct working relationship with a recruiter or organization through HaiTalent, any further communication or data exchange between you and that recruiter may occur independently of KudosWall or HaiTalent. However, if you later withdraw consent for that opportunity or delete your account without maintaining such a relationship, we will notify the recruiter and request deletion of any downloaded copy of your resume.
KudosWall reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason. Termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and the forfeiture of all content within your account. You will not be eligible for any refunds. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the Account page.
Some pages on our website, particularly blog posts and resource articles, may include affiliate links. This means we may receive a commission if you choose to make a purchase or sign up for a service via these links—at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products, tools, and services that we genuinely believe will offer value to our readers. Use of affiliate links will never influence our editorial integrity.
